I’m extremely disappointed with how this shop handled my vehicle. They said they could not find the wheel-lock key, so instead of calling me, they made the decision on their own to forcibly remove the locks from both front wheels. I was never informed or asked for permission before they did this. Their excuse was that they were on a time crunch and had to get the work moving. When I arrived at the shop, I searched my car myself and found the wheel-lock key in less than 10 seconds. This entire situation—and the risk of unnecessary damage to my wheels, lug nuts, or studs—could have been avoided with a simple phone call or a more careful search. I would've been happy to postpone the brake change had I known they were going to forcibly remove them. Making a destructive and unauthorized decision involving a customer’s vehicle is unacceptable. At the very least, I should have been contacted and given the opportunity to locate the key or approve another removal method. I would not trust this shop with my vehicle again.

Had a front end alignment on my 66 chevy II, I had put new coil springs and front shocks on it but alignment was so out it was terrible to drive but it now drives like it did before, great job, I'm very pleased with their work and would recommend them if you need work done on an older car.

Loved the service. Purchased a used car, wanted it checked out. Dropped car off, had an estimate and service completed by next day! Price was excellent! Only needed some flushes and new air filter. Will use again!

I highly recommend Terry's Auto for anyone who cares about their car, and wants knowledgeable and friendly professionals to work on it. Terry's has the most knowledgeable professionals I have ever encountered at an auto shop, hands down! They are willing to work with their customers on parts replacements, and are quite affordable for the high quality of work you get...oh, and they're fast too! They took the time to fully and completely answer all my questions, and educate me on exactly what was going on with my car. I actually felt smarter after leaving their shop, as well as safer on the road and comfortable behind the wheel. Highly recommended! If I could give 6 stars, I would.
